EMIS Access is a third-party service developed by our clinical software provider. Once you sign up for EMIS Access you will be able to view, book and cancel routine appointments and request repeat prescriptions online.

Any over-16 patient registered at Thurleigh Road Practice can sign up to use this service. All you need to do is bring some photographic ID containing your name and date of birth (e.g. passport, driving license) to the surgery and ask a receptionist to sign you up! You will be given a registration letter containing an EMIS Access PIN and various other details. Once you’ve got that, click the link below and follow the on-screen instructions to activate your account:

Whilst we regret that parents cannot register children under-16 for the service, we suggest that those parents wishing to book appointments for their children online do so in their own names – just make a brief note of your intention to bring in your child when prompted for a ‘Reason’ on the booking screen.
