If you wish to cancel an appointment for any reason, please call the main reception number and speak to a receptionist.

We will endeavour to reschedule your appointment at a similar time wherever possible, but please be aware that some clinics (and indeed clinicians!) are in very high demand so this might mean a bit of a wait.

Specialist clinics, such as the Coil Fitting and Dermatology clinics, have extremely limited slot availability, so please double check that you will be able to make your appointment before booking in.

If you do find you need to cancel any appointment for any reason, please let us know as early as possible to give us the best chance of giving the slot to another patient.
