If you would just like some brief medical advice but don’t feel you need a face-to-face appointment, all of our doctors run telephone consultations at either the start or end of their normal clinics.

Just call the main reception number and ask for a telephone consultation with one of the doctors – you can request a specific clinician if you wish – the receptionists will give you an approximate time at which you should expect the call.

If the doctor can’t reach you they will leave a brief message asking you to call back as soon as possible. If they are no longer available when you do call back, our receptionists will happily reschedule the call for another time with the same doctor or put you through to an available doctor.
