She undertook her first year of junior doctor training at Taunton & Somerset Hospital and has since worked in several London hospitals. Her hospital posts include Medicine for the Elderly, Accident & Emergency, Obstetrics & Gynaecology and Paediatrics.
She is a member of the Royal College of General Practitioners (MRCGP) and also holds the Diploma in Child Health (DCH).
