Julian Sula joined Thurleigh Road Practice in 2007 where he started work as a receptionist. Julian joined the management team in May 2010 and leads the administration team to ensure that that Practice works together to achieve maximum QOF (Quality Outcomes & Framework) points, fully utilises the functions of the EMIS medical system and ensures that data quality is maintained. Julian supports the management/clinical teams in ensuring that the clinical administrative functions of the practice are carried out efficiently and effectively. Julian works closely with the Practice Manager to manage the clinical rota. Julian is also responsible for the day-to-day running of the Private Practice, organising the seasonal and pandemic flu campaigns as well as ensuring that the practice childhood immunisation programmes are run as per Department of Health specifications.
